day four - no time limit - aim to finish

Today will be a little different, you will aim to complete the number of repetitions for each exercise.
You will then practice your stance and then move into how to punch in muay thai.
As usual the order of day four workout will be
(1) Excercises, then
(2) Working on Technique
Today are two new techniques, so review these before you start.
How to throw a jab and a cross.
Have a good workout, this one might just be your favorite.
excercise one
50 squats - the deeper the squat the better.
excercise two
100 jumping jacks - the wider the feet the better.
excercise three
50 crunches - keep the abs tight the whole time.
excercise four
45 pushups - wide or close grip, your choice.
excercise five
25 monkey jumps - jump as high as you can, push off the floor with your toes.

technique one
3 min to practice moving in your stance, movements will include forwards and backwards, and side to side.
take 3 steps forward, 2 steps backwards, 1 step to the left, 3 steps to the right.
technique two
Practice how to throw the Jab
Throw the Jab 10 times.
technique three
Practice how to throw the Cross
Throw the Cross 10 times.
